Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CEO AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains both options.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open the CEO AI app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the action when prompted.

Your account and all data are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at trackednowcto@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All chat history and conversations with CEO AI
  • App preferences and saved frameworks
  • Any personal information you provided

Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Records we are required by law to keep (e.g. billing records) are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Deletion is permanent. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store account settings.
